Hampton Pet Club - Requirements

Requirements

At the Hampton Pet Club, the health and safety of the dogs is our top priority. All dogs are carefully screened to ensure that they meet the following health and personality requirements:

All dogs must be at least 16 weeks of age or older.
All dogs 7 months or older must be spayed or neutered.
Social, friendly, non-aggressive dogs who enjoy being around other dogs and people
Healthy dogs: proof of current bordetella, rabies and DHLPP vaccines required. Dogs must also be free of fleas and ticks and have had no communicable diseases within the last 30 days

Enrollment Forms

All dogs must have a complete up-to-date and approved application on file. There is a one-time $10.00 application screening fee for each pet. Please download and print all three files and drop them off at 1070 Montauk Highway (along with proof of shots) or mail them to us at PO Box 1086, Water Mill, NY 11976. We will review your application and contact you upon approval or if more information is needed.
