Days and Hours:
DROP-OFFS:
HPC will accept scheduled
pet drop-offs and for daycare and boarding Monday through Saturday between the hours of
7:00 AM to
4:00 PM ,
Sundays 9:00 AM to
4:00 PM.
(New
Dogs must always be in by 12:00 PM).
PICKUPS: All pickups must be scheduled
between the hours from 8:00
AM to 6:00 PM
Monday through
Saturday, Sundays 9:00 AM to
5:00 PM.
Late Pick Up Fees:
Prearranged: $5 between 6pm - 7pm Mon through
Sat; 5pm - 6pm Sun
$15 between 7pm - 8pm Mon through Sat; 6pm - 7pm Sun
Not-Prearranged: Add an additional $10 to
the prearranged times noted above
Dogs not picked up by 8pm Mon to Sat,
by 7pm Sun, will be required to spend the night
Additionally, to minimize disruptions to the dogs’ playful
environment, our doors will only be “open to the public” (those without a
scheduled appointment) Monday through Saturday from 10:00 PM to 3:00 PM.

HPC is conveniently located at 1070 Montauk Highway (Route 27) in Water Mill, NY. We are situated on the north side of Montauk Highway 1.0 mile east of the wind mill.
